Yes. We only connect to tools you already use and trust, we never store customer data on our own servers and we use encrypted connections throughout. We follow UK GDPR guidance and are happy to walk you through exactly what data flows where.
Almost certainly. We build on top of what you already have: Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp, most booking systems, accounting tools and spreadsheets. We start by listening to what you use today, not by asking you to switch to something new.
No. The build price is the complete price — what we build is yours, and plenty of clients run it themselves. The Care Plan exists because software around your automations changes over time, and some owners would rather never think about that. It's there if you want it.
Your first 30 days are covered free with every build. After that, we fix one-off issues at £75 per callout — or the Care Plan covers everything, including improvements, for £150 a month.
Just let us know and we wrap things up within 30 days. We hand over documentation of everything we built so you're never left stranded. There are no penalties, no hidden exit fees and no awkward conversations.
A single workflow build, such as enquiry capture, is typically live within three to five working days of the initial review. Bundles and full front office builds take a little longer but we agree a timeline upfront so you always know where things stand.
